Neustadt – Care for the Elderly

 

Fully owned by Salhia Real Estate Company, Haddia Holding is a specialist in high-quality care for the elderly. The Ostsee (Baltic Sea) Senior Citizens’ Centre comprises a nursing home and a senior residence –  both overlook the Baltic Sea in the popular holiday resort of Neustadt, around 100 km northeast of Hamburg. Haddia built the Centre in 2004 on 39,726 m2 of land.

 

 

Am Kiebitzberg Nursing Home
Am Kiebitzberg is located close to the famous Neustadt Hospital. During the design and construction process, Haddia drew on its long experience in senior care to create an outstanding nursing home that incorporated distinctive architecture, spacious halls, broad walks and an impressive lobby. There are single and double rooms for 156 people, all with their own bathroom, balcony, telephone lines and wiring for television. Providing a popular meeting point, La Mer coffee shop is also part of the facility.

 

 

Ostsee (Baltic Sea) Senior Residence
Offering the highest standards of living in a unique ambience and spectacular location, the Baltic Sea Senior Residence is one of the most exclusive homes for senior citizens in Germany. 83 luxurious apartments range in size from 65 to 113 m2 and each offers stunning ocean views. Built from Jordan sandstone, its eye-catching design attracts the attention of all who pass by. The residence offers elegant restaurants, salons and shops, and an impressive lobby with a chandelier that extends to five floors.
