Fully owned by Salhia Real Estate Company, Haddia Holding is a specialist in high-quality care for the elderly. The company owns and operates six nursing homes in the Hanover area of Northern Germany.

 

Fridastrasse Nursing Home
Located in a quiet, central part of Hannover on 974 m2 of land, this nursing home was built in 1982 and purchased by Haddia in 1994. With attractive décor and a lovely garden, it offers a comfortable and caring home to 65 people. Spacious single and double rooms are equipped with their own bathrooms and balconies.

 

 

Lister Meile Nursing Home
This home is situated on a 1,040 m2 plot of land in the popular shopping street also called Lister Meile in Hannover. Built in two stages in 1985 and 1992, Haddia acquired it in 1994. The home offers 122 beds. With a friendly ambience, the comfortable single and double rooms each have their own bathrooms and balconies . Two retail units are rented out on the property, one housing the popular La Vita coffee shop.

 

 

Waldstrasse Nursing Home
In a quiet, central area of Hannover, Waldstrasse was built in 1983 and acquired by Haddia in 1994. The site measures 678 m2, and the buildings were completely renovated and modernized in 2003. There is now a new entrance area, an attractive foyer and a clear floor-plan. Each of the 66 pleasant single and double rooms has its own telephone line and wiring for television, and most have their own balconies.

 

 

Holderbusch Nursing Home
This home has a warm and friendly atmosphere with 17 single and double rooms and a delightful large garden. It was built on 944 m2 of land in 1960. Haddia acquired it in 1996, renovating it during 2006 and 2007. Located in Isernhagen, a prosperous suburb of Hannover, Holderbusch offers outstanding comfort and living standards.

 

 

Lindenhof Nursing Home
Considerably larger than Holderbusch, Lindenhof is also situated in Isernhagen on a site of 7,077 m2. It was built in three stages between 1980 and 1990. Purchased by Haddia in 1996, this property was extensively renovated in 2006. Lindenhof offers attractive décor and a highly experienced nursing team. It offers a high standard of accommodation to 139 people, with an additional five apartments in an older building for assisted living. The grounds feature a large park with a charming pond.

 

 

Oderblick Nursing Home
Oderblick in Klein Denkte is located in peaceful countryside 80 kilometres east of Hannover on 2,971 m2 of land. It was built in two stages in 1982 and 1984 – Haddia acquired it in 1998. It was extensively renovated in 2002 and now offers 53 comfortable single and double rooms.
